At Outpost, we strive to make the shipping process as efficient as possible.
We process your order bright and early (08:00) on the very next working day (Monday → Friday). This means that any orders made during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the very next working day. Alternatively, any order made before 08:00 will be processed that very same day.
⚠ Please note: No deliveries take place during weekends or public holidays.
In the afternoon, our preferred shipping company will pick up your goods so they can be sent to you post-haste.
Local shipments are mostly handled by our close partner DPD, but we also make use of Bpost for international shipping outside of Europe.
Belgium: Estimated delivery time is one day.
Netherlands & Luxembourg: Estimated delivery time is two days.
Rest of Europe: Delivery time varies between three to five working days.
International (Asia, Australia, US): Delivery times may be longer.
Our central warehouse is located elsewhere, meaning it may take a few days before your order is ready for pickup at one of our Outpost stores. If you selected store pickup during checkout, you will receive an email confirmation when your package arrives.
All shipping orders made through DPD are insured in case of loss. This means you will always get your money back if your order is lost. The only exception applies to very low-cost orders of single cards (e.g., those worth only a few cents).
For orders of single cards, insured shipping is only available for orders above €50.
The stock visible on our webshop reflects what is available in our warehouse, not necessarily what is available at specific Outpost stores.
If your order contains preorders, it will be shipped only when all items are available.
